A hotel development project located at Hung To Road. The existing industrial building will be demolished and the area will be re-developed into a 4-star hotel with 391 rooms. Demolition is in progress and foundation works will be commenced in September 2008. It is scheduled to be completed and commence operation by the third quarter of 2010.
